Pony Boys: Expo 67 or Bust

Award-winning documentarian filmmaker Eric Stange first heard about the Pony Boys several years ago from a friend in the neighborhood where he and Jeff Whittemore live. He was intrigued by the story, and when he finally had time to talk with Jeff in detail and do some preliminary research, he felt compelled to share this delightful and moving tale and turn it into a documentary short. Winning the Documentary Short Film: Special Jury Prize at its debut at the Independent Film Festival Boston, the film is currently making its way through festivals throughout the U.S. See the schedule below for current festival dates.
